Peyton (P-Rock) Mullings is a NBA Elite Skills and Youth Trainer For GroundWork TV.

Growing up and playing basketball in New York city was where he discovered his love for the game. That love for the game turned into 3 Championships in a 4 year span (2009-2013) including his New York High School and NJCAA Georgia D1 Juco Regional Champs. Under the guidance of His mentor Stan Remy of Remy Workouts (2015-current), he has trained and help develop NBA players like Dwyane Wade, Reggie Bullock, C.J. McCollum, Hasan Whiteside, Andre Drummond and many more.

Knowing that you can never know everything, in the summer of 2019 Professor P. Rock spent a summer in Los Angeles where he was also able to learn under the guidance of Chris Johnson Basketball (Klutch Sports Head basketball trainer). With experience helping and training over 70 NBA players, GroundWork TV was Launched in 2018. Professor P. Rock has a passion for basketball development and understands the difference between teaching basketball and drilling basketball.
